Enforcement

No Consumer Reports

Hubhound Investigations does not provide consumer reports and is not a Consumer Reporting Agency unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Reports generated through our services may not be used for employment decisions, tenant screening, housing eligibility, credit eligibility, insurance underwriting, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Information Accuracy

Information may be incomplete, outdated, contain errors, relate to individuals with similar names, or change without notice. Customers are solely responsible for verifying information before relying upon it.

Search Methodology

Hubhound Investigations conducts searches using licensed APIs, authorized data providers, public records, and compliant search indexing methods. We do not circumvent access controls, access private accounts without authorization, bypass passwords, bypass CAPTCHAs, use unauthorized intrusion methods, or engage in unlawful data collection practices.

Customer Representations

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, will comply with all applicable laws, will not use the service for prohibited purposes, understand the limitations of publicly sourced information, and accept responsibility for your use of the information provided.

Payment Terms

All fees are due before a report is generated. Except where required by law or expressly stated by Hubhound Investigations, payments are non-refundable after report generation begins, chargebacks initiated without valid grounds may result in account restrictions, and pricing may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

Reports, software, methodologies, scoring models, and platform content remain the property of Hubhound Investigations. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased reports for lawful personal or business use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubhound Investigations shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or decisions made based on report contents. Our total liability arising from a search or report shall not exceed the amount paid for that report.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hubhound Investigations, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your reliance on information obtained through our services.

Suspension and Termination

Hubhound Investigations may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, a search request is unlawful, a search request poses safety, privacy, or compliance concerns, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
